2 Futures is the #1 real estate developer in Mauritius. The challenge here was to attract foreign investors and potential buyers without showcasing the product, which at the commercialisation stage, isn't yet built. We focused instead on conveying the aspirational lifestyle that goes with this type of luxury real estate. There's a focus on the surrounding neighbourhood of the projects to help viewers imagine what it could be like to live there. Commercials in the real estate and property development realm tend to be very cliché and expected. We differentiated ourselves with the casting and styling. In a way, it's very much like a hotel advertisement.
